Why
The Cloudmark engineering team was launching a Mac based version of it's popular DeskopOne, an anti-spam software application. Rachel was brought in to work with the Engineering and Support teams to ensure that the product adhered closely to Apple's HCI guidelines, and was as easy to use and understand as possible.
