Rachel Tublitz and the Cloudmark webteam. Rachel did all of the visual design and front-end work for the site. She was also the point person for day to day maintenance and bugfixes for the site, and worked closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure that the site was performing as expected.

Cloudmarkdesktop.com is a Symphony based website created to support Cloudmark's DesktopOne, a consumer oriented anti-spam application. The website is used as a marketing portal, as well as a homebase for existing customers looking for product support, downloads, and account management tools.

Why
The site was created to support Cloudmark's award winning DesktopOne. Originally launched in 2010, the site underwent a major redesign in 2012. Rachel worked closely with stakeholders during the redesign process to ensure that the site remained easy to use, and consistent with the Cloudmark brand.
